I have white lines and white spots on my prints. What caused these?

Your prints were probably made while there was dirt or dust on your negatives. This is not an uncommon occurrence during the printing process in a photofinishing lab. Usually prints such as these are caught by quality control personnel in the lab and are then reprinted. However, it is possible that some prints get by the quality checkers and make their way to the customer. Bring back these prints and negatives to your photo outlet and have them reprinted. Any reputable dealer will reprint these at no charge.
